Description

The Starburst Rhinestone Applique is a round applique made up of several medium sized rhinestones surrounded by smaller rhinestones.  The metal settings are attached to a hot fix mesh.  This applique can also be sewn on.

Several creative people have indicated that this looks more like a snowflake than a star.  In either case, its use is only limited by your imagination!
